Role & responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery collections.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and management for recent arrivals and stock transfers.
Ensure store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase store sales.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
