We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO and 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Solid leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
