We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to support accounting and taxation processing activities for US-based clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with foreign reporting requirements including Forms 5471, 5472, 8938, 8621, 8858, 8865, 1116, 2555, and FBAR reporting.
Perform basic GL review and reconciliations
Prepare multi-state tax returns and state apportionment calculations.
Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
Maintain proper documentation and file organization
Support month-end and reporting activities as required
Ability to meet daily deadlines
Prepare Business Tax Returns including Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience:



23 years (US accounting / International accounting)
Positive written and verbal English communication skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
Accounts Receivable and Payable management with advance knowledge

Preferred Skills
Exposure to US accounting setting
Experience with AP and AR Process
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Aderant, excel etc.
Prior experience working with US clients

Work Expectations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work in US time zones
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
Prior Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations & Payroll
