Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Micro LAP/MFI/NBFC sector.
Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment drives.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
