Job Description: Business Development Executive

solutions across India. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive
Domestic Market with experience in Upwork, domestic client acquisition, and lead
generation, who can help us grow our presence in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate domestic business leads through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, and
online platforms.
• Handle Upwork and other freelancing platforms for lead generation, proposal writing,
bidding, and client follow-ups.
• Research Indian companies and prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or
demos.
• Assist in preparing and responding to government tenders, RFPs, and e-procurement
portals.
• Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM tools.




• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
• Experience in domestic business development or IT sales.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of software development, SaaS, or IT services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email/LinkedIn outreach.
Valuable to Have:
• Knowledge of government tenders, GEM portal, e-procurement systems, or RFP
documentation.
• Experience working with Indian clients and enterprises.
• Understanding of technical sales or IT services pitching.
