Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with solid expertise in cloud-based reporting and data visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT, along with a strong understanding of insurance data models.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of experience in Power BI development and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT (Data Build Tool).
Solid experience in the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).
Good understanding of Policy, Claims, Billing, and Customer data models.
Experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Solid SQL and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Build scalable reporting solutions using Snowflake and DBT.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Analyze insurance data and deliver actionable business insights.
Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and timely project delivery.
