Role & responsibilities
Quality Control Executive is responsible for:
Assist QC Manager in development of procedures and manuals for quality certifications such as BRC and ISO 22000
Ensuring all the products manufactured are as per the technical specifications
QC check of all raw material, packing material and finished goods.
Development of Technical Specifications for recent products
Working with the production manager to improve effectiveness of the production processes
Ensuring hygienic conditions in the plant
Preferred candidate profile
M. Sc (Chemistry Microbiology) or B. Sc. (Chemistry Microbiology) with minimum 1 years in a food processing unit in QA/QC role.
The candidate should have practical experience of conducting all necessary QC tests in instrumentation, analytical and microbiology lab for raw material, packing material and finished goods.
