Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify MEP quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
Handle MEP billing, client billing, subcontractor billing, and certification.
Verify measurements and reconcile executed quantities.
Coordinate with site execution, planning, procurement, and contracts teams.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports and MIS.
Evaluate variations, extra items, and change orders.
Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for MEP works.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
Maintain billing records, quantity statements, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.

Key Requirements:
Solid experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and Billing.
Hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical an Plumbing, quantity estimation and billing.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, reconciliation, and variation claims.
Valuable understanding of contracts and project cost control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/Billing software.
Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
