Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience administering IBM i (iSeries/AS400) security.
Knowledge of IBM i user profile administration, group profiles, authorization lists, and special authorities.
Understanding of IBM i object-level security and library security concepts.
Experience with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) access processes.
Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Least Privilege, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint are desirable.
Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume operational workplace.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.

Qualifications
35 years of experience in IBM i (iSeries/AS400) security administration, IAM, or access provisioning.
ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
IBM i security training or certifications will be an added advantage.
