Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data analytics and insurance domain projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing data transformation initiatives and working with up-to-date data platforms while driving successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Project Management.
Solid experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and DBT (Data Build Tool).
Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C;).
Strong understanding of Policy, Claims, Billing, and Customer data models.
Experience working with Guidewire or InsuranceNow ecosystems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills only.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/Protected).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with AI/ML-driven data transformation initiatives.
