Title Senior Full Stack Developer (4+ Years Experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a robust background in python, React, Node.js/Nest.js, along with hands-on experience in Azure services and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in building scalable applications and dashboards, integrating workflows, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should also possess DevOps experience working with Docker and containerized workloads, Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React (front-end) and Python/Node.js/Nest.js (back-end).
Develop and support Python Azure Functions APIs
Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance components and services.
Integrate REST APIs / GraphQL and ensure smooth communication between systems.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Robust expertise in:
Front-end: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
Back-end: Python, Node.js and Nest.js,
Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Stored procedures/functions
Docker, Kubernetes and Istio
Experience on any human workflow integration using BPM, flowable or similar, with web applications is a definite plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Robust debugging and production support mindset
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience on any LLM, Vector DB and RAG is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice To Have:
Experience with trading, commodities, CTRM, EOD/COB processes, or data pipelines.
Microsoft Graph/mail integration.
Operational dashboard or workflow orchestration experience.
