About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Instagram and LinkedIn content creation, especially Human Face-Led Content, storytelling, and building engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in publishing and coordinating social media content across platforms.
Work closely with the Content Strategist and Marketing Team to execute approved content plans.
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content prospects.
Assist in creating reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media engagement and support community interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content execution.




Track content performance and prepare basic reports.
Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Requirements
Any Graduate (Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, BBA, B.Com, or related fields).
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and content publishing tools.
Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
