Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technology stacks.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities and timelines.




Build solid talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS updates regularly.
Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and hiring insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
Expertise in sourcing through Boolean search, LinkedIn, and passive talent channels.
Solid communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment.
Experience in offer negotiation and candidate engagement.
