To explore opportunities of placing the students of IMT Hyderabad by keeping a tab on the summer & final recruitments by corporates, meeting their recruitment heads and convincing them to visit the campus

To aim at continuous improvement in the placement record with respect to the nature of recruiters (companies), job profiles and salary etc.

To provide timely inputs such as corporate contacts, process dates, student communication, job descriptions, offer copies etc., to corporate relations back-office.

To keep the Head of Corporate Relations and management fully appraised of the developments with respect to placements from time to time.

Collect feedback from corporates and endeavor to make necessary improvements proactively
Support the Institute in ensuring satisfactory corporate presence in activities such as panel discussions, corporate / academic conferences / events, practitioner faculty, convocation etc.

To add recent recruiters who fulfill the minimum CTC requirements and who offer high CTCs

To maintain rapport and positive relations with Alumni so that they can add to placement initiatives
