Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications
4+ years of Salesforce consulting or admin experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and best practices.
Understanding of data architecture, MDM concepts, and customer 360 strategies.
Experience in Data Cloud concepts (data ingestion, harmonized entities, identity resolution).
Ability to write user stories, solution designs, and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architect. Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:




Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integration Tools, and Salesforce APIs.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
AgentForce Experience is a plus

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
