Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

6+ years of experience in SmartComm/OpenText Exstream.Robust hands-on experience with:SmartComm/Exstream Designer & Design ManagerControl Center / Communications ServerXML, XSD, XSLTScripting (JavaScript or Exstream scripting)Experience with document composition, batch processing, and real-time generation.Good understanding of print and digital communication workflows.

Tools & Platforms

Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Domain & Soft Skills

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) is preferred.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented workplace.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Individual role

Nice to Have

OpenText certification in Exstream / SmartComm.Experience with regulatory and compliance-driven communications.Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
