Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities include Service Delivery KPI achievement, Management of Franchsiees/DSO/RSTs/Reportees, Dealer management, Service Perception management, Customer satisfaction, Network expansion and assigned projects.
Ensure availability of stock for sales at Franchsiee
Continuously reach out to maximum and potential customers
AMC hit rate Wty to AMC & AMC to AMC as per budget
Involvement in Training to ensure Training calendar is achieved. Share observations on field and plan training interventions with Branch trainers.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Preferred candidate profile
3 to 6 years of exeperience
Technical Graduate (BE/B-Tech)
