If they are familiar with the various marketing channels (at least 2 or more), and if they are familiar with Brand and Demand Marketing.
Ability to analyses, draw insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Any example of analyzing data for decision-making in their prior roles.
Ability to clearly communicate with senior leaders.
Ability to articulate clearly, and experience working with senior leaders.
