Key Responsibilities:

As a WS practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients mitigate risks by providing consulting actuarial solutions by performing funding and accounting valuations as per US legislations along preparing de-risking strategies, plan-design and implementation. Also support the client in performing annual audit for pension and OPEB plans under US and global accounting standards.

As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Delivering high-quality valuation services for defined benefit pension plans and post-employment benefit schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IRS, ERISA, IAS 19, ASC 715, IFRS) and supporting clients in managing pension risk and cost.
Support liability measurement, cash flow forecasting, and sensitivity testing. Develop, maintain, and improve actuarial models and valuation tools.
Analyze demographic and financial assumptions, recommending updates where appropriate.
Stay current with pension legislation, accounting standards, and actuarial best practices.




Lead and evaluate business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful Retirement strategies and solutions
Proactively identify and track key risks, project KPIs, opportunities, etc. and incorporate these into project planning and development
Assist the practice leadership with client proposals, thought leadership, and contribute to build firm initiatives
Understand actuarial valuations for US pension/OPEB plans, with ability to review and validate disclosure and expense reports as per US GAAP, IAS19R or other local standards as relevant
Robust business acumen with ability to assess impacts of actuarial findings on broader business decisions and risks
Have solid business acumen, with ability to understand how business processes and decisions impact people and Organization
Have robust analytical, report-writing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality client service.
