Job description
Analyze BOQ and GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawing approved by client.
Project planning, resource planning, preparation of project monitoring manuals, bar charts, pert charts progress reports.
Preparing & Evaluation of budget planning & management.
Estimating the quantities from approved drawings including cost analysis
Rate Analysis with respect to standard data.
Work closely with project head & finance department to ensure forecast & risk management.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work reports.
Maintain the comparison statement with BOQ to In office measurements.
Maintaining & preparing correspondence documentation (For Clients, Office&

Vendors).
Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
Maintaining Quality Reports for the client and as well as our reference.

Qualification and experience:
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in civil Engineering from a recognized institute
Must have 5 to 8 yrs of experience in construction industry

Key Skills:
Project planning & scheduling
Project coordination
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
