Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.
Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.
Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
