Business Analyst (Data Analyst) - Drive 18th July 2026 Hyderabad

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to support Cyber product initiatives. The role includes gathering business requirements, interacting with stakeholders, translating requirements into functional/technical specifications, creating user stories, managing Agile (Scrum) activities, and preparing requirement documentation.




Responsibilities:
Work on Agile (Scrum) projects, including Sprint Planning, User Stories, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
Gather and document business requirements, data mapping, and process flows.
Collaborate with development and testing teams.
Work with SQL Server, .NET, ServiceNow, and Quality Center.
Track project status and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
4+ years of Business Analyst experience with data analysis.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
Solid stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
Experience in UK Insurance or US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance is mandatory.
Customer Information Management experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
