This Role

Lead the onboarding and implementation of real estate fund clients into Yardi by managing data migrations, fund accounting configurations, stakeholder coordination, testing, and seamless transition to business-as-usual operations while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What You Will Do
You'll lead client onboarding initiatives, including planning, execution, and coordination with country clusters to successfully transition recent business into the shared service setting.
You'll manage end-to-end Yardi data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and go-live support for real estate fund clients.
You'll configure fund structures, investor records, fee calculations, and reporting templates in Yardi while ensuring client-specific requirements are met.
You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define implementation approaches,



conduct testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
You'll drive process improvement, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer activities to support scalable and effective client onboarding operations.
