Follow up for vaccination and bills submission.
Disciplinary actions.
Investigating the incident demanding disciplinary action.
Issues warning letters.
Maintains the tracker of disciplinary actions initiated by him (OE).
VoICE enrollment & Induction coordination.
Enrollment to ensure Spread and Depth of villages
Back ground check of enrolled VoICE before approval
Call group of volunteers
Venue identification.
Arrangements through standard check list.
Conduct induction program, issue identity cards.
Identifying prospects for awareness generation and planning for high quality Demos.
Segment wise demo /contact program / marketing plan.
Identifying and collating compelling cases.
Ensuring press coverage for key events.
Reporting press items to the District manager.

Quality of PCR documentation.

Amby visit report.

Volunteerism enrollment reports.
Meeting Local partners.-eg Hospitals , Govt officials , Police etc .
Tracking the condition of medical equipments in ambulances periodically.
Tour plan for next month to be generated and submitted to DM at the end of current month.
Divisional level meetings to be conducted once in a month.
Monitoring the case closure progress.
Intra district and division transfers – DMs approval and AO to be updated of any such transfers.
