Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Interiors business by identifying recent opportunities, building solid client relationships, and generating revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out sales, client acquisition, and project coordination, with the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey interior projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.
Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable interior solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations,



and commercial offers in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums whenever required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, furniture, construction, or building materials.
