About the Role

Were looking for an analyst who can turn raw data into transparent insights that influence product,

operations, and business decisions. Youll work with stakeholders across product, operations,

and business teams to define metrics, build dashboards, run analyses, and advocate for

data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Do
Build scalable SQL queries and pipelines for reporting, experimentation, and ad-hoc

analysis.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for external

clients as well as internal product/ops reporting.
Conduct root-cause analysis to support business performance and operational

improvements.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, KPIs, and

visualization frameworks.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve dashboard performance, standardize

metrics, and reduce manual reporting.




Drive storytelling with data by turning analyses into digestible narratives for leaders and

stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
3 years experience in SQL with proficiency in joins, CTEs, window functions,

aggregations, performance-aware querying.
Experience building and managing Tableau dashboards
Working knowledge of Python for exploratory analysis, and visualizations (pandas,

numpy, matplotlib/plotly preferred).
Comfort with data modeling concepts, metric design, and reporting structures.
Ability to handle ambiguous business problems and frame them analytically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to

non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Experience with version control (Git) and Jira
Understanding of statistical concepts (significance testing, correlation vs. causation,

sampling, etc.).
