Tenure:
Grade 1: 9 months and above in the current role
(SME): 9 months from DOJ
Performance Rating:
Cumulative rating of Minimum Meets Expectations Exceeds Expectations in the last 6 months as per the Performance Scorecard
There should not be any Below Expectations rating in any of these 6 months.
Attendance:
Not more than 2 NCNS in the last 3 months
Any other:
Should not be on an active EDP / DAP/ PEP/ Action Pointers process (as applicable) as on date of application.
Employees who have been redeployed to a recent process should complete a cooling period of 9 months from the date of movement / transfer, before applying for any IJP.
Qualification
Undergraduate /Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline
Mandatory Training Completion:
Applicant should have completed all the mandatory training modules applicable for the current grade/role, as on the application closure date.
Note: Anything less than a 100% completion would lead to disqualification from the IJP.
