Key Responsibilities
Lead complete execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage civil, structural, finishing, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure works.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, MEP consultants, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress through MIS reports and review meetings.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with RERA, local building regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
Review BOQs, budgets, procurement plans, and cost control measures.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Drive productivity improvements and implement best construction practices.
Lead and mentor project engineers,



construction managers, QA/QC, billing, planning, and safety teams.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, and Management for smooth project execution.
Ensure successful project handover with all statutory approvals and documentation.
