Taxation and Regulatory Compliance
Manage Income Tax support activities, including the preparation of supporting documents.
Handle TDS & TCS calculations and ensure compliance.
File Quarterly TDS & TCS returns accurately and on time.
Perform employees TDS calculations and related reconciliations.
Issue Form 16 and Form 16A to employees and vendors.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Financial Accounting and Reconciliation
Maintain all records, ledgers, and supporting documents in a clean and audit-ready state.
Proactively adjust negative balances where required.
Verify purchase entries and cash entries.
Perform inter-branch ledger reconciliations.
Conduct bank reconciliations.
Handle GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Payroll and Statutory Management
Address employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Prepare and submit statutory reports related to payroll.
Verify manpower bills and supporting documents.
Oversee payroll accounting,
including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory deductions.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Operational Finance and International Trade
Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency risks.
Handle interactions with banks.
Process commission payments (Domestic & International).
Handle import outward payments and related documentation.
Prepare Proforma Invoices for exports.
Maintain control over accounts receivable and payable.
Audit, Insurance, and Leadership
Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance.
Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
Manage insurance policies (Vehicles, Travel, and Company assets).
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
