Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan repayments and banking collections.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment through qualified communication.
Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer accounts.
Achieve daily call and collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu; basic English and Hindi are an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and willingness to achieve targets.
