Role & responsibilities
Manage daily QC lab operations and ensure timely testing of all samples.
Review and approve reports, CoA, and lab documentation.
Handle method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.).
Investigate OOS/OOT and implement CAPA.
Ensure compliance with GMP, USFDA, WHO, and data integrity standards.
Manage stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
Support audits and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with QA, Production, and other teams.
Lead and train QC team members; monitor performance.
Preferred candidate profile
5 yrs Pharma QC (OSD) experience
Robust in HPLC & GC
Knowledge of GMP, USFDA, WHO
OOS/OOT & CAPA experience
Audit handling exposure
Team handling & leadership skills
