We are hiring AR Callers with experience in Physician Billing and Hospital Billing for our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective denial management.
Identify root causes of claim rejections and take corrective actions.
Work on aging accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim reimbursement.
Review payment postings, EOBs, and insurance correspondence.
Escalate unresolved claims and maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:
1 - 4 years of experience in Medical Billing AR Calling.
Hands-on experience in Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing.




Solid knowledge of AR Voice Process and Denial Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with US healthcare insurance guidelines and claim adjudication processes.
Ability to work in night shifts.

Eligibility:
Experience in AR Calling is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates with solid denial management experience will be given preference.
