Maintaining and Supervising the complete after sales Service orientation of the Workshop and car Repairs
Manage Overall Workshop Operations and vendors for Cars maintenance in Hyderabad.
On time Repairs by Workshop for all cars / Vendors must complete the car repairs on time
Ensuring the Vehicle care, pick-up and drop-off service, washing the vehicle-all related to maintenance is fully completed and customer satisfaction is top priority.
Looking after the Performing a visual inspection and taking a workshop test drive.
Supervise and Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customers description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customers approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.




Prepares repair orders (RO) after inspection of vehicle by describing symptoms, problems services required.

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; 5 -7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
