Job Summary -

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management Support Consultant with 8 10 years of SAP IS-U experience, including strong expertise in Device Management (DM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP IS-U Device Management processes.

Key Responsibilities -

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP IS-U Device Management.

Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within defined SLAs.

Support device lifecycle processes including installation, replacement, removal, and meter reading integration.

Troubleshoot issues related to metering, registers, device categories, and installations.

Work closely with functional teams, ABAP developers, and business stakeholders.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.

Support enhancements, testing, and transport management.

Prepare documentation, KT materials,



and support runbooks.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.

Required Skills -

8 10 years of SAP IS-U experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Device Management.

Valuable understanding of utilities business processes.

Experience in incident management and production support environments.

Knowledge of meter reading, installations, device info records, and register relationships.

Familiarity with integration between IS-U modules (Billing, FICA, CRM, etc.).

Ability to analyze functional and technical issues independently.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Positive to Have

SAP IS-U Billing or FICA knowledge.

Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.

Experience working in AMS/support projects.

Utilities domain experience (Electricity / Gas / Water).
