Role & responsibilities :
Teach English to Primary school students in accordance with the Orchids curriculum.
Deliver interactive, engaging, and activity-based lessons aligned with pre-defined lesson plans and the Orchids teaching methodology.
Assess student learning through assignments, classwork, projects, and examinations.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting that encourages active participation.
Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records on the school's online portal.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, academic progress, and areas of improvement.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and other academic initiatives.
Integrate digital teaching tools and cutting-edge instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
Mandatory: B.Ed.
Experience will be an added advantage.
