Relationship Manager (Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP)

This is an executive field-sales and customer-facing role focused on lead conversion and processing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Convert provided digital Home Loan and Mortgage leads into physical field appointments.
Client Interaction: Meet applicants face-to-face to understand requirements and guide them through application steps.
Financial Assessment: Conduct financial interviews with clients to evaluate their repayment capacity and loan eligibility.
Lender Coordination: Manage active relationships with Banks and NBFCs to ensure quick file verification.
File Management: Analyze active loan files constantly to track progress and explicit operational bottlenecks.
Compliance:



Maintain secure documentation and record management that complies with financial regulations. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ year of working experience in Home Loans, Mortgages, or Loan Against Property (LAP).
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in interpreting financial data, robust communication skills, and working efficiently under tight targets.
Package: 6-8LPA
Languages Required:Telugu and English
