Project Role Description:
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and AI capabilities. Build scalable applications, automate workflows, and integrate cloud and non-cloud systems using modern ServiceNow technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Work on ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
Design, build, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Develop AI-enabled features using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.
Use App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub for workflow automation.
Integrate ServiceNow with cloud and third-party systems.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.




Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Follow security, performance, and best practice standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud architecture.
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
Knowledge of Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist.
Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.
Familiarity with integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information:
Candidates with experience in both ServiceNow ITOM and AI capabilities will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and contribute to team discussions.
Robust collaboration and stakeholder management skills are required.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
