Role & responsibilities
Design and develop Automation Frameworks for Workday applications.
Build reusable automation scripts for regression suites.
API testing using Postman / REST Assured
Familiarity with XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
Automate test cases using tools such as:
Selenium / Cypress / Playwright (C# / Java / Python / JavaScript)
Workday-specific tools (e.g., Kainos Smart Test, AccelQ, OpKey
Robust understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management)
Knowledge of Workday HCM business processes, Security and reporting.
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Experience in Workday implementations or support projects.
Robust understanding of SDLC & STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, Financials)
Experience with Security testing in Workday.
