Role & responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
Execute month-end and year-end closing processes within defined timelines.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
Conduct intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and support management reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Identify prospects for process improvements and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
36 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R)/General Ledger accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred).
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts, if required
