Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services.
Write clean, productive, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.





Required Skills

Technical Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using any backend programming language/framework such as Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, C#, or similar.
Robust understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Valuable knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Understanding of database design principles and query optimization.
Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices is a plus.
