We are looking for a Developer to support AI adoption activities using GitHub Copilot across customer teams. The role involves coaching developers on effective GitHub Copilot usage, helping teams improve development efficiency, supporting onboarding/adoption activities, and enabling AI-assisted development best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Coach and guide development teams on effective usage of GitHub Copilot.
Help developers leverage AI-assisted coding for code generation, code optimization, documentation, and unit test creation.
Understand team development workflows and recommend Copilot best practices.
Support onboarding, adoption, and post-adoption activities for customer teams.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops.
Collect adoption metrics, feedback, and improvement opportunities from teams.
Prepare user guidance, process documentation, and best practice documents.




Coordinate with scrum teams and support teams for issue resolution and enablement activities.
Participate in client-facing discussions, status meetings, and adoption reviews.

Required Skills
Solid software development and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
Good understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and developer workflows.
Robust communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills
8+Experience with Java, Python, Angular, or up-to-date development technologies.
Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and developer productivity solutions.
Experience in platform adoption/support activities.
