Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and recruitment, preferably in the employment or recruitment services industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and closing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.
