Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and advance the CIM Data Governance roadmap, including data standardization, quality improvement, lineage, KPI harmonization, and reporting modernization.
Own end-to-end delivery of governed data assets, including deep data profiling, financial data analysis, and writing ETL transformation logic in Python.
Design data models and standardized, governed data layers that support reporting-ready datasets and semantic models.
Establish and enforce data definitions, lineage, naming conventions, and quality rules; drive remediation and documentation practices.
Collaborate with Technology, Architecture, Engineering, BI, and Governance teams to ensure alignment and scalable implementation for long-term maintainability.
Skills Required:
11 - 13 years of experience in finance/investment data,
analytics engineering, BI, or data strategy.
ETL development and delivery of data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
Data governance leadership, including standards, lineage, metadata, and quality rule enforcement.
Python for data transformations, validation, reconciliation, and documentation.
Finance domain knowledge to support investment/finance processes and accurate reporting outputs.
Collibra experience for governance workflows, metadata, and governed data management.
Positive to Have:
Databricks experience for building and scaling data assets and transformation workflows.
Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field.
