Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter who can effectively market consultants, generate placement opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing workplace and achieving placement targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, Green Card (GC), and US Citizen (USC) consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
Share daily consultant hotlists and actively promote available consultants.
Source suitable contract opportunities and submit consultants to active requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the submission-to-placement lifecycle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.




Negotiate billing rates and ensure successful consultant placements.
Work extensively on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other US staffing portals.
Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
Meet monthly placement, submission, and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2 - 4 years of Bench Sales / US IT Staffing experience.
Solid understanding of US work authorization categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, GC, USC).
Excellent knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with multiple vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Ability to work independently during US business hours.
