What You Will Bring
9–12 years of experience in developing technology solutions, with a minimum of 5 years as a Technical Architect or in a similar role designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
Expertise in Salesforce Security & Permissions, including data protection, access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
Solid background in designing and developing large-scale web-based systems with exposure to the complete software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and Salesforce release coordination.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, define integration points, and document customizations for successful solution implementation.
Robust understanding of Salesforce data models and experience with data import/export, data migration, and data manipulation using Data Loader and ETL tools.




Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture and enterprise solutions.
Good understanding of Salesforce data sharing, security, visibility models, and platform architecture best practices.
Experience providing technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients and end users.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a quick-paced environment.
