Position Overview

We are seeking an Adobe AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) Engineer with 4 6 years of specialized hands-on experience and 6+ years overall in application development. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in building customer journeys, campaign development, platform support, and integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Responsibilities include solution design, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and enabling scalable, insight driven omnichannel customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design,



configure, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Build and manage omnichannel campaigns across email, mobile, and web experiences.

Develop and maintain workflows, decisioning rules, and real-time customer profiles.

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration issues to ensure seamless operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, insight-driven solutions.

Optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis.

Maintain documentation, operational playbooks, and best practices.

Note: there would be 2 levels of interview 1st with Adobe followed with client round
