Roles Responsibility :
Reminder Calls
Follow up calls
Customer mapping by different online portals
Lead generation by various means allotted
Report generation
Inform Advisor about the customer visit
Collect contact information of the walk in clients pass the same to the adviser and team

Desired Candidate Profile :
Positive Communication skills.
English Proficiency.
ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES REQUIRED*
Tele calling experience in luxury retails preferred.
Managing customers
MS office (word excel) basic knowledge required
Positive attitude towards work
Minimum HSC or Graduate from any stream must)].
Must have at least 1 to 4years of experience
