Role & responsibilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents.
Investigate escalated threats and support incident response.
Perform security monitoring, detection, and threat analysis.
Ensure SLA compliance and maintain security documentation.
Provide technical guidance to L1 analysts.
Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders and clients.
Support continuous improvement of security processes and playbooks.
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in on-call support rotations.
Proficient in Incident Management and Response
Experience in security device management and multiple SIEM platforms
In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.
Experience in MSSP setting
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate who are willing to work in EST Shift hours.
