Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Design creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns.
Work with influencers and brand partners to increase reach and engagement.

Required Skills




Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
Solid knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
Understanding of SEO, hashtags, social media analytics, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Google Digital Marketing or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Experience in content marketing and influencer collaborations.
