Senior manager who will be responsible for effectiveselection, installation, configuration,
operation, and automation of systems hardware, softwareand related infrastructure. This
individual will participatein testing and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

Manager will work both independently and in a team setting to ensure that system,network
hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures result in a reliableand secure service.

Responsibilities
Design, implement and support Linux &Windows; environments
Responsible for uptime, performance, reliability, scalability, security and high availability of SAAS settings in India, Europe and USA Work on 24x7 with different teams to support production and nonproduction infrastructure using tools like Nagios




Complete backup management and DR readiness using tools and active monitoring Support databases & DBA team on backups and provisioning
Provide support of Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and other web servers
Support deployment, gate change management, and perform root cause analysis forservice interruption issues
Document technical requirements and processes
Directly supervises assigned team members
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies
Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems
